1. Agreement to Terms

2. Use of Services
Echo provides tools for case management and report handling. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your company's internal compliance policies. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the platform is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the platform are owned or controlled by us.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
